The Schmidt roller screed is a time-saving, cost-saving solution for the screeding of concrete surfaces. Its simple operation, requiring only two people, increases worksite effectiveness. A roller rotating against the direction of travel, with pull rods fastened at its ends, is pulled across the application surface on the screed rails. This allows it to distribute and smooth the concrete mass. Depending on requirements, roller lengths from 2 to 6 meters are available. The rotational direction of the roller is reversible, and it can be filled with water to vary its weight. Hydraulic and pneumatic drives are available for the Schmidt roller screed.
